Welcome to Bubba's Catering where we work hard to make you a guest at your next event. What started in the late 1970’s as fun for friends and family turned into a full time job for the Martineau family to cook and organize functions in the local area.

In our history we have served groups as intimate as 6 to company events as large at 6000. We pride ourselves on customer service and serve all of South Mississippi in our local area catering.

We are fully staffed with over 25 well trained team members. We have numerous menu varieties for all types of functions. We serve wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, Backyard BBQ’s, Company and Corporate Events, Luncheons, Safety Meals, and Government structured events.

We have several types of service styles and menu options to fit every customer’s budget.

Pick up service - This service includes fully prepared food and supplies. Plates, cups, napkins, silverware, serving utensils, etc. are always available if needed. This is the most popular service for the budget conscious customer. Great food with large portions set up for the self-server.

Delivery and Set Up service - This service includes our staff delivering your food and necessary supplies to the serving location and set up a buffet at your designated location. This service is more of the middle road for service and budget. Our presentation is important to us so we take pride in preparing and presenting everything with great detail. Delivery service is limited to all disposable wear. If you need chaffing dishes, etc..., please notify us in advance.

Full Catered Service - This is our most popular level of service, we do everything from soup to nuts for our customer. We provide every level of service requested. Buffet or Table Service, chinaware or plastic ware, linens or disposables for the table covers and napkins. Setup, cleanup, decorations and bar service. We are happy to assist in the booking of entertainment as well as planning every detail of your event. Every menu is custom designed for the customer, satisfaction is our primary concern. We are completely mobile and are setup to cook in advance for the needed items or prepare you specialty items onsite.
